FORM 6 APPLICATION

• Please scan all your result slips in 1 document
• Click the Application form link below, enter the required information and click on submit on the last page (1 per student is required)

• Successful applicants will be contacted via phone or email

• Students must submit all documents requested by ASJA Boys’ College Office.
